Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Manager for an apartment sales project in Lahore. This client-facing role requires fluency in English and Urdu, a confident, presentable, and customer-oriented demeanor. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting walk-in and prospective clients, presenting units, layouts, pricing and payment plans, managing inquiries, calls and follow-ups, supporting sales bookings and closings, and maintaining basic client records to ensure a positive experience. Sales or real estate knowledge is a plus. Fresh candidates are encouraged; 1–2 years’ sales or customer service experience preferred. Full-time, in-person. Salary Rs100,00–Rs140,00 per month.
