Job Description
Grand City Developing Pakistan is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all matters related to Green Palm customers, supervising daily and monthly collections, and ensuring the compliance of file issuance processes with company standards.
Your role will include overseeing the transfer/editing processes, managing customer mergers and allocations, and resolving customer complaints effectively. You will also prepare and present daily and monthly reports to senior management and lead the Customer Service Department staff to maintain high standards of customer care.
