Job Description
Innovadel Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers effectively. Responsibilities include entering, updating, and verifying customer information while addressing complaints and providing solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service and data entry, with strong Urdu communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is essential.
