Job Description
Skylink Distributions (Pvt.) Ltd is searching for a motivated Customer Service Officer to become a vital part of our team. Preference will be given to candidates from the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach calls to promote events, including conferences and trade shows.
- Identify key decision-makers and cultivate strong relationships.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our events while maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Convert leads into participants through consistent follow-up.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and effectively address inquiries.
Qualifications: Exceptional communication skills and a positive demeanor are essential. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is required.
