Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Customer Services Representative (CSR) at 92 Campus! This position involves providing exceptional customer support for the ACA-Healthcare campaign. The role is night shift from 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with a salary range of $40,00 to $80,00 per month plus bonuses.
Key responsibilities include handling incoming calls, verifying client information, and assisting with ACA enrollment. Excellent English communication skills are required. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
This is an in-office position located at Rani Arcade, Chandni Chowk, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.
