Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative for the afternoon shift, Monday–Friday. This role delivers high-quality support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely, accurate resolutions and a customer-first approach.
- Resolve customer inquiries, document interactions, and escalate issues as needed.
- Meet established performance targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Require strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and basic computer literacy; customer-focused attitude essential.
- Previous customer service experience preferred. Training provided.
