Job Description
Al-Shams Technology Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with foreign clients, address inquiries, and drive sales through effective communication.
Responsibilities:
– Initiate and maintain communication with foreign clients.
– Promote our tutoring services and identify sales opportunities.
– Provide exceptional customer support and resolve client queries.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs20,00.00 – Rs40,00.00/month | Shift: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
