Job Description

ASK Development, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibilities include:

• Managing inbound calls
• Addressing customer inquiries
• Resolving customer complaints

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Intermediate acceptable)
• Age: 18 – 35 years
• Fluent in English
• Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably with UK-based companies
• Salary range: Rs45,00 – Rs60,00, including up to Rs15,00 in incentives
• Benefits: Free medical insurance
• Shifts: Rotational for males; morning shift for females; work-from-home option post-probation
