Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a respected telecom company, is looking for a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to join our team.
Responsibilities: Manage inbound customer calls, provide online support, verify billing addresses, follow up on fault rectifications, create and close Network Trouble Tickets, maintain records of faults, and execute special tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Intermediate degree (Required); Freshers or 1 year experience in a UK-based call center (Required).
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month, plus potential incentives.
Location: Islamabad / Rawalpindi, with rotational shifts.
