Job Description
At-Desk PVT LTD is currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our customer services department in the UK. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, adhere to communication scripts, and interact with customers through voice, chat, and other platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, addressing inquiries, and delivering effective solutions while maintaining accurate records.
Ideal candidates will have experience in an international call center environment, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in computer and internet technologies. The working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, at our Bahadurabad location. The salary range is between Rs45,00.00 and Rs50,00.00 per month.
