Atlantic International Business Network (AIBN) is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, engage with prospective clients, and convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Qualify leads and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with buyers.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
