Job Description
We are excited to announce openings for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents at Crossnotch Firm. In this role, you will receive 600-800 incoming calls, primarily qualifying and engaging interested customers. After identifying their needs, you will forward calls to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version 10
- High-quality headset
- Reliable internet (minimum 15 Mbps)
Compensation: Weekly commission + retention bonuses, Pay: Rs 5,00.00 – Rs 120,00.00 per month
