Job Description
We are seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. You will manage 600-800 incoming calls, primarily focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers. After identifying their needs, you will forward calls to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Shift Timings: Night Shift, 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Working laptop with Windows 10
- Good quality headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Compensation: Commission-based salary with weekly commissions and retention bonuses. Pay ranges from Rs5,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month.
