Job Description
We are seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling 600-800 incoming calls, qualifying, and engaging potential customers.
Compensation: Basic salary + Punctuality bonus + Sales incentives
Shift Timing: Night Shift from 7:30pm to 5:30am (with breaks)
Requirements: Good English skills, a laptop with Windows 10, a quality headset, and a reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps).
Desired Skills: Computer proficiency, active listening, multitasking, and a commitment to targets.
Pay: Rs15,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month.
