Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls directed to UAN from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all working days.
- Maintain an organized log of complaints and queries.
- Route calls to the appropriate departments or teams.
- Respond to complaints within the established turnaround time (TAT).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 25,00.00 – Rs 30,00.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
