Job Description
Ceptrum seeks a professional full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative based at 63-Z Phase 3, DHA Lahore. As the primary point of contact by phone, email, and chat, you will resolve customer issues, accurately document interactions, and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to ensure exceptional service.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, prior customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
