Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues via Phone, Email, and Chat.
- Provide outstanding service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage inquiries and complaints with professionalism and composure.
- Assist customers with product information, billing, and troubleshooting.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 PM to 8:00 PM (9-hour shifts).
Salary: Rs 25,00 per month
