Job Description
ConnectX is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will manage incoming phone calls, generate sales leads, and ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems is essential.
This is a full-time position with a competitive pay range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month.
