Job Description
Core Service Solutions is seeking both fresh and experienced Male and Female candidates to work in our office and remotely. We need experienced Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for inbound calls and cold calling for outbound campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing knowledgeable answers to inquiries.
- Engaging in cold calling and making sales.
- Collaborating with internal departments.
- Data entry across various platforms.
Qualifications: 1-3 years of relevant experience, excellent phone etiquette, and key interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
