Job Description
We are excited to announce that Crossnotch Firm is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our customer service team. As an SB Agent, you will handle between 600 to 800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers. Once customer needs are identified, you’ll forward their calls to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills.
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (Windows 10).
- High-quality headset.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps).
Shift Timing (NIGHT SHIFT): 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Pay: Rs12,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
