Job Description
We are Crossnotch Private Limited, actively seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure top-notch support for our customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding service.
Requirements: Good English skills, a laptop, quality headset, reliable internet (10 to 15 Mbps), and comfort with handling 600-800 calls daily. Night shift availability is essential.
Shift Details: Full-time, 8.5 hours per day.
Pay: Rs5,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
