Job Description
EWDTech seeks a full-time, in-person Customer Service Representative to deliver professional support via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve inquiries and complaints, process orders, and maintain accurate interaction records in our CRM while meeting response and satisfaction targets.
- Responsibilities: manage multichannel customer contacts, document cases, escalate complex issues, and remain current on products and policies.
- Qualifications: proven CSR experience, excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, patience, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask under performance metrics.
