As a CSR, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting both customers and drivers, delivering outstanding support, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications include at least 6 months of call center or sales experience, proficiency in English communication, a positive demeanor, and the ability to work night shifts.
