Job Description
Join our team at Dave’s Pest Control, LLC as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. This on-site role requires you to assist customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include effectively managing calls, navigating CRM software, providing solutions to customer needs, upselling products when appropriate, and building robust customer relationships.
