Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is actively seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative with outstanding English communication abilities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, engaging with clients in the UK, and effectively converting leads into successful surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients.
- Conduct follow-ups to develop leads.
- Employ CRM tools for effective client management.
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs70,00 – Rs100,00 per month
Location: Johar Town, 2 PM – 11 PM, 6 days a week.
