Job Description
FAHAD Tutors Academy is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Nazimabad. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, particularly in spoken English. Candidates with experience in call centers and proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be given priority.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate and satisfactory information.
- Address customer needs effectively based on their requirements.
- Resolve issues with dissatisfied customers through patient and skillful de-escalation.
Qualifications:
