Job Description
Fairways Logistics is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (Sales) to join our night shift team in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. This role involves engaging with clients in the US and Canada through phone calls, addressing inquiries, and promoting logistics solutions. Candidates must possess outstanding English communication skills and demonstrate a strong aptitude for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify customer needs and effectively upsell services.
