About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated female Customer Service Representative for our Life Back Taxes campaign. The ideal candidate will handle both incoming and outgoing calls, address client inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
– At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
– Proficient in English communication (both spoken and written)
– Strong work ethic with professionalism and reliability
– Ability to effectively manage a high volume of calls
