Job Description
Focus IT Services Pvt Ltd is seeking experienced and dynamic Customer Service Specialists (CSRs) to enhance our team. As a CSR, you will serve as the voice and face of our brand, addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Candidates with prior experience in UK-based firms or in the Homeware industry are highly desirable.
Key Requirements include exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric approach, adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Excel.
Timings are from 1pm to 9:45pm, and the position is full-time with a pay starting from Rs50,00.00 per month.
