Job Description
Halcyon Medical Centre is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally within the aesthetics or medical services sector. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is a prerequisite.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, maintaining client records, handling phone inquiries, driving sales, and warmly welcoming clients. This position is exclusively open to female candidates and requires an 8-hour shift commitment.
The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs45,00.00. Candidates must be able to commute to Lahore or be willing to relocate prior to commencing employment.
