Job Description
HOLISTIC HEALTHCARE SERVICES is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle customer queries and complaints. You will process orders, modifications, and escalate issues across various communication channels. Success in this role requires the ability to maintain composure during customer frustrations and proficiency with computers.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a professional and empathetic attitude, responding promptly to inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing customer interactions. You will also coordinate with colleagues and provide feedback on the service process.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Fresher
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs38,00.00 per month
