Job Description
IBEES Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and fluent English-speaking candidate for our Packaging-based project targeting an international audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails.
- Generate sales inquiries.
- Coordinate with sales and project managers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Conduct follow-ups and assess customer needs.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills; fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
Location: MM Alam Road, Lahore | Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift)
