Job Description
Ibees Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative for our packaging-based project targeting an international audience. This full-time position requires a fluent English speaker to manage calls, chats, and emails, generating sales inquiries and converting them into confirmed sales.
Qualifications include fluency in English, a graduation degree, and strong communication skills. Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply; 2-3 years of experience in packaging is preferred but not mandatory.
The position is located at MM Alam Road, Lahore, working from 8 PM to 5 AM, with weekends off.
Salary ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs75,00.00 per month, exclusive of sales commissions.
