Job Description
Infocab Ltd, a UK-based taxi company, is expanding its operations to Pakistan and is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Islamabad, near E11. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with UK clients, managing cab dispatching, and handling bookings. Familiarity with the Icabbi system is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls while providing professional customer service.
- Deliver precise customer quotes and assign bookings to drivers.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently.
Competitive Salary: Rs. 60,00.00 – Rs. 90,00.00 per month, plus overtime. Preferred experience: 1-2 years. Candidates must be available for a minimum of 9-hour shifts with a flexible schedule.
