Job Description
Join our team during the evening shift from 2 PM to 11 PM! As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support through various channels, assisting customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.
Key responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with team members for seamless order fulfillment, and staying updated on product knowledge. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential.
