Job Description
We seek a professional, in-person Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for parents and students via calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media. Responsibilities include assigning tutors, coordinating stakeholders, following up on leads, maintaining records, and handling basic complaints.
- Requirements: Intermediate or Bachelor’s preferred; strong command of Urdu and basic English; customer-support or education experience preferred.
- Skills: Multitasking, friendly problem-solving, basic computer proficiency (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Details: Pay from Rs 35,00/month; 6 days/week; start date January 1, 2026; in-person role.
