Job Description
We are urgently seeking a Female Customer Care Representative for an international rent-a-car campaign with flexible morning shifts. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Notify customers of contract expirations.
- Timely renew car rental contracts.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Manage customer expectations with patience.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer support.
- Strong English communication skills.
