Med Revolve Billing Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who is enthusiastic about assisting clients and facilitating a seamless billing process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be adept at resolving medical billing inquiries.
Responsibilities: Conduct calls to promote our services, manage relationships with healthcare providers, understand client needs, document interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Previous customer service experience, preferably in medical billing, excellent communication and organizational skills.
Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM | Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
