Mindzeye Inc. is looking for a dynamic and motivated Calling Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. You should be proficient in engaging customers and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients
- Respond to incoming inquiries
- Promote our products and services
- Maintain detailed call logs
- Meet assigned sales targets
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of calling experience, strong communication skills, proven sales closure ability, and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
