Job Description
Misix LLC, a premier Business Process Outsourcing center established in 2015, is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Service Representative in Islamabad. In this pivotal role, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Preferred qualifications include exceptional customer service skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and the capability to perform efficiently under pressure. Candidates should ideally have at least one year of experience in a similar position.
