Job Description
We are TecNex Solutions, seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our ACA-Healthcare campaign. This is a night shift position from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM, offering a salary range of $40,00 to $80,00 per month, plus performance-based bonuses.
Key responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, communicating ACA-related information, qualifying leads, and achieving monthly targets. Candidates should possess excellent English communication skills and have a goal-oriented mindset. Previous call center or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
This is not a home-based job; all work will be conducted from our office in Rani Arcade, Chandni Chowk, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.
