Job Description

Nutrifactor Laboratories (Pvt) Limited is actively seeking a committed Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. The selected candidate will engage in tasks such as:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Resolving customer complaints promptly.
• Confirming orders over the phone with accuracy.

This position requires evening shift availability.

Required Skills: Strong customer service, effective communication, and proficiency in typing.
