Job Description
Oak Street Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic inbound call center team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and a customer-first attitude, with the ability to handle inquiries proficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer calls and provide timely information.
- Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Document interactions and update customer records accurately.
- Follow company policies and call handling procedures.
Requirements: Fluent English, problem-solving skills, basic computer proficiency, and availability to work from 4 PM to 1 AM.
