Job Description
We are urgently seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative to join our team at our office in Karachi.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Fashion Textile Designing is preferred.
Experience: We welcome applications from fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience.
Location: Tariq Road, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Process orders and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Supervise a team of junior customer service representatives.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
