OTL Tricon Marketing Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating leads and sales over the phone.
• Engaging customers with thoughtful questions.
• Listening actively to customer needs.
• Answering product-related inquiries.
• Meeting sales quotas consistently.

Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English, outbound Telesales experience, creative thinking, patience, good sales skills, computer proficiency, great interpersonal skills, and resilience in the face of rejection.
