Job Description
Ovatic Solution is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for making daily cold calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions is crucial to achieving performance targets.
We are looking for candidates who possess outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in English is required, and candidates must be willing to relocate to Rawalpindi. Our working hours are from 4 PM to 1 AM, Monday through Saturday.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs125,00 to Rs150,00 per month, along with performance-based bonuses.
