Job Description
PKG International Shipping & Logistics Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include scheduling drivers, communicating with customers about freight details, preparing dispatch documents, and handling complaints. A neutral English accent, excellent communication skills, and basic computer proficiency are essential.
Requirements: Ideal candidates are males aged 22-35 with an Intermediate/A-Level education, and experience from less than 1 year to 15 years.
Timing: 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM. Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
