Job Description
Reall Time is hiring for our Customer Service Department! We are looking for motivated individuals with strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
Key responsibilities include resolving customer complaints via phone, email, live chat, or social media and assisting with orders, refunds, or exchanges. The ideal candidate should be familiar with CRM systems and willing to work night shifts and overtime if necessary.
