Job Description
Shark Technologies is seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of customer service experience, excellent English language skills, and the willingness to work night shifts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales via phone with potential customers
- Engage customers with meaningful questions
- Understand our products and services
- Utilize sales scripts effectively
- Provide excellent customer service
- Address customer inquiries

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
