Job Description
Shark Technologies is seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service Representatives to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of customer service experience, exceptional English language skills, and the ability to work night shifts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Engage customers and keep conversations active.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service.
